This is the first post on our new blog — and it’ll be the place where we share what we know about travelling India well. Expect three kinds of writing here:
1. Destination guides
Deep, practical posts on the places we operate in — best months to visit, what to skip, how locals get around, the small things that turn a good trip into a great one. Less “top 10” listicle, more “here’s what we’d tell our cousin if they asked.”
2. Festival diaries
When something incredible is happening in a part of India, we’ll write it up here and tell you when to fly out. Durga Puja in Kolkata, Pongal in Tamil Nadu, Pushkar Camel Fair in Rajasthan, Holi in Mathura — we time trips around these and we’ll share what they’re actually like.
3. Trip stories
When a particular itinerary works really well — or doesn’t — we’ll share the story. Real groups, real outcomes, real lessons.
Why we’re starting a blog
We’ve been quietly running pan-India tours since 2016. After ~10 years of repeat customers asking us “where should we go this time?”, we realised we should put more of that knowledge in writing — searchable, free, useful even if you never book with us.
