Rajasthan Heritage Circuit

Pink, blue, gold and white — the four colours of Rajasthan.

Duration
7–10 Days
Starts
Delhi / Jaipur
Ends
Udaipur
Best season
Oct · Nov · Dec · Jan · Feb · Mar

Rajasthan — India’s largest state by area — packages four utterly distinctive cities into one of the world’s classic travel circuits. Jaipur (Pink City — Hawa Mahal, Amer Fort, City Palace), Jodhpur (Blue City — Mehrangarh Fort, Clock Tower bazaar), Jaisalmer (Golden City — living fort, Thar Desert dunes), and Udaipur (City of Lakes — Pichola boat ride, City Palace, Jagmandir).

We can do this as a 7-day fast circuit or stretch to 10+ days with heritage palace overnights, camel safaris, and detours like Pushkar (Brahma temple, lake) or Ranthambore (tiger safari). It works equally well as a honeymoon tour (Lake Palace, Suryagarh), family heritage tour, or a longer ‘classical India’ route combined with Delhi-Agra-Varanasi.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I add Agra (Taj Mahal) to this circuit?

Yes — Agra sits naturally between Delhi and Jaipur. We add an Agra night (Taj at dawn + Fatehpur Sikri) before the Rajasthan loop.

What about heritage palace stays?

Rajasthan has the highest density of heritage hotels in India. We can book Taj Lake Palace (Udaipur), Umaid Bhawan (Jodhpur), Rambagh Palace (Jaipur), Suryagarh (Jaisalmer) — all subject to availability. These dramatically affect pricing — tell us your tier and we'll quote accordingly.
