- Optional excursions and sightseeing not mentioned in itinerary
- Lunches, snacks (unless explicitly included)
- Costs arising from natural calamities, political disturbances, force majeure
- Charges for early check-in or late check-out (subject to hotel policy)
- Pony/palki/porter at Yamunotri & Kedarnath; helicopter tickets
Before You Travel

- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License) mandatory at all times
- Hotel substitution: equivalent alternate accommodation will be provided in case of overbooking, maintenance or strikes
- Vehicle Policy: vehicles are for itinerary use only, not at disposal
- Fuel Price Fluctuations: package cost may revise on significant fuel/tax hikes
- Force Majeure: Vacanza Go is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations from natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, accidents or political unrest
- Sightseeing Limitations: some sightseeing points may be skipped due to weather, road closures or local administration — no refund applies
- Room/Vehicle Availability: all bookings are subject to confirmation by advance payment; nothing is held without confirmation

Frequently asked questions
What's typically included in the package?
Hotels (double/triple sharing), daily breakfast and dinner, all intercity and local transfers in a private vehicle, driver/fuel/toll, local representative support, hotel taxes, and Inner Line Permits where required. Every quote you receive is itemised so you see exactly what's in and what's optional.
How do payments work?
30% advance to confirm your booking (non-refundable in case of cancellation). 60% on Day 1 of the tour at your first hotel. The remaining 10% is paid during the trip — directly to hotels or transport providers, latest by Day 3. We accept UPI, NEFT and RTGS.
What is the cancellation policy?
45+ days before check-in: 5% retention. 30-44 days: 15%. 16-29 days: 25%. 7-15 days: 50%. 4-6 days: 75%. Within 72 hours or no-show: 100% retention. Cancellation applies only when 30% advance has been paid.
How are children priced?
0-4 years: free (no separate seat or bed, shares with parents). 5-8 years: 50% of package (vehicle seat included, may share bed). 9+: full adult pricing with separate seat, bed and meal plan.
Are quotes per person or per group?
Per person, twin-sharing. Single supplements apply if you want a private room. The Kashmir Couple Package is priced per couple (not per person). Some packages (like Char Dham, Lahaul Spiti, Haridwar-Rishikesh circuit) have a minimum group size for the listed price.
